We’d love to introduce you to — Hamlet🐽
Hamlet’s life started off quite rocky. He came from a breeder, and sadly, his piggy mom bit and stepped on him when he was very small, which caused both his back legs to break. 💔 A kind woman took him in and really tried her best to care for him, but soon realised how challenging it can be to look after a pig — especially one with a disability. After taking him to the vet, X-rays confirmed that both back legs had broken and grown back together. She first reached out to Pigs ’n’ Paws for advice, and after some discussion, decided that the best place for Hamlet would be here at the sanctuary.💕
He’s a spunky, funky little guy with the most beautiful long snout and hair colouring — and a personality that melts hearts! Despite his wonky back legs, he’s full of curiosity, love, and spirit. This little guy is an absolute joy — and we already adore him! 💖
